The Sanctuary Gun Club was founded by the owners of Panthera Training, LLC to serve the needs of our clients and friends, particularly in these especially unstable times when legislatures are likely to enact laws which directly impact our ability to responsibly possess and enjoy your firearms.
Panthera Training, LLC operates a Specialized Operational & Tactical Training facility for U.S. Government agencies, U.S. military special operations forces, law enforcement, private security corporations, and other clients from around the world.
Our Basic Pistol course is the perfect place to get an introduction to the fundamentals of operating and manipulating a pistol. In this course, students are led through a series of instructor-directed, hands-on exercises that will give them the tools they need to confidently operate a handgun safely and effectively. This class teaches the fundamentals of gun safety as well as proper aiming and firing techniques, with an emphasis on overall marksmanship and weapons manipulation.
The Basic Rifle course is an entry-level course designed to give students an introduction to the fundamentals of operating and manipulating a carbine. This course is great for students who have no carbine background as well as for those students who have some carbine handling experience. In this class, students are led through a series of instructor-directed classroom instruction as well as hands-on live-fire exercises that will give them the tools they need to confidently operate their weapon safely and effectively. This class teaches the fundamentals of gun safety as well as proper aiming and firing techniques, with an emphasis on overall marksmanship and weapons manipulation.
This course was designed specifically with new and inexperienced drivers in mind. Students will be given the tools to compensate for their lack of experience by learning accident avoidance techniques that will equip them with the right mindset and the physical ability to better handle inclement weather, safely avoid an accident, and to confidently respond in those rare circumstances where an accident is unavoidable.
Whether your driving record is spotless, or you’ve already been involved in an accident, our Accident Avoidance for Experienced Drivers course is for you. Designed for drivers with at least 2 years of driving experience, this course focuses on giving students the tools to break bad driving habits that are often contributing factors resulting in accidents, and to help drivers to react appropriately under emergency conditions, including those rare circumstances where an accident is unavoidable.
The Unimproved/Off-Road Driving course is designed to give students the tools necessary to confidently operate a vehicle on various types of road surfaces and under a number of different conditions. This course also prepares students for emergency situations by demonstrating the correct and most effective ways to recover a vehicle that has been stuck due to road or weather conditions, and how to properly use the necessary tools for off-road vehicle recovery. This course is divided into two parts: Classroom Instruction and Hands-On Training Exercises.
